Fujitsu unveils a new virtual co-creation metaverse facilitating early-stage creative dialogue among customers and partners. The Fujitsu CX Lab, which has already hosted over 700 sessions as part of user testing, offers unique virtual experiences within a cybernetic city, enabling ‘metaconversations’ about driving digital transformation forward. Fujitsu is investing $1 million in the CX Lab to provide more rapid, diverse and disruptive business value and digital transformation across its ecosystem. The CX Lab concept complements Fujitsu’s global co-creation program with short, consumable and tangible customer experiences (CX) designed to help solve four technology challenges: Hybrid Cloud, Future Workplace, SAP optimization and Data-Driven Transformation. The concept has two dimensions. It leverages the new digital shift culture of virtual engagement, enabling ecosystems to cross-fertilize ideas more easily and quickly. And it acknowledges that people respond more creatively within new, stimulating environments. CX Labs is a highly engineered metaverse that brings both dimensions together in a unique, immersive and exciting co-creation space. Dr Michael Lettenberger, Managing Director at EHF IP, says: "The presentation of Fujitsu’s CX Lab was an amazing experience for us. Fujitsu is definitely ahead of the game when it comes to ecosystem engagement models. There is no doubt that people are tired of virtual meetings and crave something different. After seeing Fujitsu's CX Lab, we really could imagine many ways of positive impact it could have on creativity and the cross-fertilization of ideas." Full story here
