NeXR Technologies SE: Provisional insolvency administrator commences work – business operations to continue

NeXR Technologies SE (XETRA: NXR) informed that Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini, attorney-at-law specializing in insolvency and reorganization law, GÖRG Insolvenzverwaltung Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, has been appointed as provisional insolvency administrator for the Company after filing for the opening of insolvency proceedings and has commenced his work.

The Berlin-Charlottenburg Local Court (Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg), as the competent insolvency court, has appointed Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini to safeguard the insolvency assets. In addition, it is to be evaluated whether there are grounds for opening insolvency proceedings and what the prospects are for the going concern of the Company. In this context, the insolvency creditors are provisionally prohibited from enforcing claims to the insolvency assets and are provisionally prohibited from realizing collateral.

By securing wages and salaries for employees for three months through insolvency benefits, business operations are to be continued during the preliminary insolvency proceedings. Together with the management, the preliminary insolvency administrator is making efforts to prefinance wages and salaries.

NeXR Technologies continues to evaluate whether and under what conditions alternative financing options are available.
