Swiss Prime Site Startup Accelerator: Three high-tech startups disrupting the real estate sector

Swiss Prime Site actively seeks to partner with the most promising startups in Switzerland to jointly shape the future of real estate through cutting-edge technology. By fostering partnerships with startups, Swiss Prime Site aims to leverage its innovative solutions, disruptive ideas, and fresh perspectives. This collaboration enables the company to stay ahead of the curve and proactively adapt to the evolving landscape of the real estate sector.

This Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Programme, focused on digital solutions and spanning June 13 and 14, offered a collaborative environment where digital entrepreneurs could engage with SPS and its group companies to explore and develop innovative solutions tailored to their needs. 

Eight startups were selected to join the program, and after listening to all the pitches and having deep discussions on the potential integration of such solutions into SPS core businesses, the jury of industry experts from the SPS group decided to choose only three finalists: Optiml, TWD Industries and MIROS Technology.

Miros aims to bring an immersive setting for humans to merge into virtual worlds, including the Metaverse, through physical interaction and augmentation of feelings.

“The SPS Digital Accelerator offered our young ETH Zurich Spin-off enriching insights into how our business case would be taken up at SPS. The team offered both encouragement and critical feedback - all valuable elements towards our journey to digitalize real estate for sustainability. The workshop provided great targeted advice to help us fine-tune our case for SPS, one of Europe's largest real estate companies. We were matched with internal experts that spoke our language and knew the problem on the tip of their fingers.” said Evan Petkov, CEO of Optiml.

"Developing a real use case with an established company throughout a couple of days so they have time to look in-depth for specific needs in their activities is a valuable experience. The most exciting part is the whole inside process that we can participate in to customize a solution to their needs.
